Abstract
A projector () enabling the extension/retraction of a column even when the column is rotated, including the telescopic column () installed on a carrier () as a base, a lifting and lowering device () installed in the column (), a lighting apparatus () installed at the tip of the column (), and a power supply () for supplying power to the lighting system (). The column () is formed of circular tubes and rotated in conjunction with the lifting and lowering device (). Also, the column () is formed by loosely fitting, to each other, a first column () fixed to the carrier () and second and third columns () and () having outer diameters reduced in that order less than that of the first column (). The second and third columns () and () are loosely fitted to each other so as to be moved in the vertical direction and rotated in conjunction with each other.
