Abstract
The invention concerns a method for controlling the operating conditions of a probe () associated with means purifying () exhaust gases of an internal combustion engine (), which consists in comparing an output signal of the probe with a reference value, and in acting on the probe () to decrease a difference between the output signal (S) and the reference value.
