Abstract
A drug dispenserhas a hollow bodywith a housingfor a pressurised cancontaining a drug and its propellant arranged on top of the body. The can has an outlet stemreceived in a socketin an internal spigot. This has a junction with a flexible tube, leading to a kink valve pair. The tube continues on to a second internal spigot, having a spray nozzlejust within a breathing opening. The kink valve pairis formed as a moulding of the tube, with side wings. Towards the ends of the wings, they have thinner portionsat which there are aperturesimmediately adjacent the tube. The arrangement defines positions at which the tube kinks to close its through bore. The thinner portions are provided in two positions, which provide the two kink valves. An intermediate sectionof the tube, with a predetermined volume is provided between the kink valves.
