Abstract
A multilayer wiring board (X) comprises a core portion () and out-core wiring portion (). The core portion () comprises a carbon fiber reinforced portion () composed of a carbon fiber material () and resin composition (), and an in-core wiring portion () which has a laminated structure of at least one insulating layer () containing a glass fiber material () and a wiring pattern () composed of a conductor having an elastic modulus of 10 to 40 GPa and which is bonded to the carbon fiber reinforced portion (). The out-core wiring portion () has a laminated structure of at least one insulating layer () and a wiring pattern () and is bonded to the core portion () at the in-core wiring portion ().
