Abstract
The invention relates to a magnetic flow sensor () comprising a) a loop-shaped magnetic field conductor comprising a point () which expands to form a bar or a film (), a loop-shaped part () and at least one part () which guides back the magnetic field lines of the probe, b) SQUID (), c) and a diaphragm () comprising a hole (), whereby the part (″) which guides the magnetic field lines of the probe back to the loop-shaped magnetic field conductor is connected to the diaphragm ().
