Disclosed is a phase change ink composition comprising a phase change ink carrier and a bis(urea-urethane) compound of the formula wherein Rand R' each, independently of the other, is an alkyl group, an aryl group, an arylalkyl group, or an alkylaryl group, Rand R′ each, independently of the other, is an alkylene group, an arylene group, an arlyalkylene group, or an alkylarylene group, Ris an alkylene group, an arylene group, an arylalkylene group, or an alkylarylene group, and Rand Reach independently of the other, is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group.
