Abstract

A signal level detector to detect the level of 1-bit digital signal is provided. It includes a level detector () supplied with a sequence of 1-bit digital signals decoded by an audio decoder () and which counts the number of 0 (zeros) or 1 (ones) included in the row of a predetermined number n of 1-bit digital signals to detect the level of the 1-bit digital signal, and an indication unit () to indicate the signal level detected by the level detector ().
