The invention related to an isolated nucleic acid consisting of a fragment of the polynucleotide ofcitA gene or a fragment of the full complement of the polynucleotide of thecitA gene wherein said fragment is at least 30 consecutive nucleotide in length, and the vector and host cell harboring these nucleic acids.
