Abstract
The invention starts with a wiper blade () comprised of a wiper strip support () and a wiper strip () that is guided laterally by a device () with a connecting rod () vis-à-vis a wiper arm (), whereby one end of the connecting rod () is fixed so that it can pivot on an articulated part () of the wiper arm () approx. vertically to the windshield (), and the connecting rod () having lateral guide surfaces is adjacent to a part of the wiper blade (). It is proposed that a pivot bearing () be arranged on both ends of the connecting rod (), one of which permits a movement in the longitudinal direction of the wiper arm () or the wiper blade ().
