Abstract
Succinoylamino hydroxyethylamino sulfonyl urea derivatives of the formula: wherein R–R, R, R, R, R–R, X', Y, Y′, t, x, and n are as defined herein, are effective as retroviral protease inhibitors, and in particular as inhibitors of HIV protease.
