Abstract
The invention relates to novel compounds of Formula (I) or a salt, solvate or prodrug thereof, wherein A, R, R, R, n and m are described in the specification, useful in the treatment of a disease or condition mediated through glucokinase (GLK), such as type 2 diabetes. The invention also relates to methods for preparing compounds of Formula (I) and their use as medicaments in the treatment of diseases mediated by glucokinase.
