Abstract
A printerincludes a sheet storage unitin which a stack of sheets can be set, a pickup rollerwhich contacts one side of the stack of sheets set in the sheet storage unit, and a lidwhich covers the other side of the stack of sheets. In this structure, each sheetis conveyed toward a print mechanism unitby the revolution of the pickup roller. The printeris provided with first ribsand a second ribwhich forcibly curl the sheetsset in the sheet storage unitin the sheet width direction.
