Abstract
A mounting bracketformed of a material having a thickness which permits no resistance welding relative to the thickness of a plate constituting a vehicle body frame, having a mounting portionwhich is so thick as not to be welded to the vehicle body framethrough resistance welding and on which components to be mountedare mounted, and being provided with a welding portion, adapted to be welded to the vehicle body frame, which is formed into a thickness which is thinner than the mounting portionand which permits a resistance welding relative to the thickness of the plate which constitutes the vehicle body frame
