A computerstores boot information OAand application information APstored on a local disk, the information being respectively stored as an OSshared file group in a shared LUand as a APshared file group in a shared LUn+1. For personal information (including personal information of boot information or AP information), computerstores the information as a user personal file group in an personal LU. Computertransmits image outline information, LU information and file information for the sets of information stored in shared LU, shared LUn+1 and personal LUto an disk-image management server, where the information is stored in the storage deviceof the disk-image management server
