Abstract

An operating mechanism for an electrical apparatus (), in particular, for a hand-held machining tool, includes a storage () for inputting of control data and/or a control program for controlling the electrical apparatus (), as well as a control unit () connected with the storage () for controlling the operation of the electrical apparatus () according to the stored control data or the stored control program. The storage () in operation is re-writable, in order to enable the control program or the control data upon assembly to operate according to apparatus specifications or the control program or to adjust the control data during the operation. In addition, the invention relates to an electrical apparatus with the above-type of operating mechanism and a corresponding method of operation.
