The composition further contains S-adenosylmethionine and/or at least one compound that contains a functional group of the general formula —CH—N—(CH). The lamellar structure has a layer structure in which an upper layer of the substance is aligned with a lower layer, the hydrophilic groups of the substance each point outwards, and the lipophilic groups of the substance are aligned inwards with one another. The lamellar structure is surrounded by a hydrophilic medium, preferably water.
