Abstract
An inspection device of a tape reel comprises a first inspection deviceconsisting of a light projector, a mirror, and a light receiver, a second inspection deviceconsisting of a light projector, a mirror, and a light receiver, and a rotatorthat rotates a tape reel, and parallel lights R, Rirradiated from the light projectorare reflected by the mirror, to be made incident on inner surfaces of flangesof the tape reel, whereas parallel lights R, Rirradiated from the light projectorare reflected by the mirrorto be made incident on the inner surfaces of the flangesof the tape reel, and parallel lights Rto Rthat pass the inner surfaces of the flangesare received by the light receiveror the light receiver. Thereby, an inspection device capable of inspecting a position of each flange of the tape reel, distance between flanges, and an inclined angle of each flange in a un-contact state accurately at high speed, an inspection method for the same, and a positioning device of a member to be positioned capable of positioning the position of the flange accurately are provided.
