Novelsecretory signal polypeptides, polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides, and related compositions and methods of using are disclosed. Methods of producing large amounts of recombinant proteins by employing DNA constructs having a polypeptide of interest preceded by a novelsecretory signal sequence.
