Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a polyurethane foam which comprises reacting an organic polyisocyanate and a polyol in the presence of water as a blowing agent, a cell stabilizer, a gelling catalyst, and a tertiary amino alkyl amide catalyst composition. The catalyst composition is represented by the formula I: wherein R, R, R, R, R, R, A, and n are as defined herein and wherein the tertiary amino alkyl amide catalyst of formula I is acid-blocked.
