Abstract
In a transmitting apparatusthere are provided PLL circuitfor generating high-speed clock signals up to 2times (m being a positive integer) from a basic clock signal, and a clock generating circuitfor generating a communication clock signal (S-CLOCK) and a reception timing signal (S-LATCH*) as independent clocks of any time length with using the generated high-speed clock signal as the smallest unit.
