Abstract

A method includes the step of transmitting by a server to a printer, recorded information image data generated from the recorded information or the information to be recorded on a recording medium; the step of receiving, from the printer which receives and stores the original image, an ID of a contactless IC chip, the ID read by the printer from the recording medium; the step of linking the ID to the recorded information image data and recording them in a database; the step of receiving, from a reader terminal, an ID as a confirmation information read by the reader terminal from a recording medium to be checked; and the step of making a search, according to the confirmation information, through the database for recorded information image data corresponding to the ID and transmitting the recorded information image data to an output terminal.
