Abstract

A computer system may include a client subsystem, another client subsystem, and a network coupled to the client subsystems. The network includes several network slices. One of the client subsystems is configured to convey a packet to the other client subsystem by conveying each of several slices of the packet on a respective one of the network slices. The client subsystem also conveys redundant information associated with the packet on at least one additional network slice. The redundant data is usable to regenerate at least one of the slices of the packet.
