Abstract
A latch mechanism () comprises a resilient wire () supported proximate its first end () and second end () by a support structure (). The latch mechanism () also includes one or more hook shaped catches () that have cammed outer surfaces () and wire engaging openings (). To engage the latch mechanism () the resilient wire () is urged against the cammed outer surfaces () bending the resilient wire () and allowing the resilient wire to rebound into the wire engaging openings (). To disengage the latch mechanism the resilient wire () is deflected, e.g., by pushing a moveable manual actuator () that is engaged with the wire, in order to release the resilient wire () from the wire engaging openings () of the catches ().
