Abstract

The invention relates to an in-plane-switching liquid crystal display for large pixel type scarcely producing defects and easily repairing defects. The in-plane-switching liquid crystal displayof the invention comprises a plurality of pads, and each pad connects to a pixel electrode. Besides, each pixel electrodeis surrounded by the common electrode. When the pixels enlarge, the defects scarcely occur. Even if the defect occurs, the defect can be easily repaired.
