Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for preparing barium titanate based powder. More particularly, the present invention provides a method for preparing barium titanate powder comprising the following steps of precipitation of barium titanyl oxalate (BaTiO(CO).4HO) with spraying a mixture of an aqueous barium chloride (BaCl.2HO) and titanium tetrachloride (TiCl) to an aqueous solution of oxalic acid, via a nozzle; wet pulverization by using a beads mill after adding an additive such as an amine; dry; pyrolysis; and re-pulverization.
