An engagement recesswhose upper part opposing the armis open, is formed in a basal end part of the base part. The armis provided at its basal end part with an engagement pincapable of fitting in the engagement recesswhen the armis turned to an attachment position. A lock leverfor pressing the engagement pinagainst the bottom part of the engagement recessunder the biasing force of a coiled spring, is turnably disposed at the distal end part of the base partthrough a support pin. The lock leveris provided at its distal end part with a pressing partfor pushing up the engagement pinso as to escape from the engagement recesswhen the lock leveris turned clockwise against the biasing force of the coiled spring
