Abstract
The present invention provides a light reflecting polymeric composition that includes at least one halogenated-flame-retardant-additive-free polymer having dispersed therein a pigment package including a combination of SbOand TiO. The SbOand TiOpreferably have an average particle size within the range of from about 0.05 μm to about 1.0 μm, and more preferably about 0.2 μm. When used in combination, the SbOand TiOpigments synergistically interact together to provide a polymeric composition exhibiting a reflectivity that is substantially higher than can be obtained by the use of either of the pigments alone.
