Abstract
Novel amine compounds which are efficacious against diseases such as infection with HIV virus, rheumatism, and cancer metastasis include compounds represented by the following general formula (1), a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a prodrug thereof: wherein each of n, n, and nis an integer of 1; each of R, R, R, R, R, and Ris independently a hydrogen atom; Ais imidazole; Ais imidazole or imidazole substituted with an alkyl group; W is a phenyl group or naphthyl group; X is CH; D is a group represented by -Q-Y—B, wherein Q is NRand Ris a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; Y is (CH)mand mis an integer of 2 to 4; and B is N(RR), wherein each of Rand Rare independently a hydrogen atom, a C–Calkyl group or a C–Ccycloalkyl group.
