Abstract
An improvement to the Nelson Flywheel Power Plant comprising a piston (and) in each outer chamber (and) situated at the interface of the compressible fluid and incompressible fluid () and slidably adjoining the center shaft () and rotatable housing (). A method of using the improvement comprising the steps of introducing a compressed fluid along a path () that acts on one of the pistons () to move the incompressible fluid along a path (); then moving the spool () to permit return of the incompressible fluid; and then introducing a compressed fluid to act on the other piston () to return the incompressible fluid.
