Abstract
Disclosed is a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material having a layer containing a compound of the following formula and a fluorine compound, and has a gamma of 5.0 or more for the optical density range of 0.3 to 3.0: wherein Ris alkyl or alkenyl, Rare H, alkyl, alkenyl, aralkyl or aryl, lis 1–10, mis 1–30, nis 0–4, a is 0 or 1, and Zis OSOM or SOM where M is cation.
