Abstract

The invention relates among other things to a method for operating a secondary computer (), in which a memory unit in an originating computer () initially stores a first data volume () and a second data volume (). During transmission of copies of the data volumes (), change reports () are processed in the originating computer () and in a secondary computer () irrespective of whether the associated data volume has already been transmitted.
