Abstract

A gas pressure sensoris disclosed as including a housingto which a pressure is adapted to be introduced, a stemcommunicating with the housing to admit the pressure thereto and having a diaphragmdeformable in response to the pressure, a sensorassociated with the diaphragm to produce an electric signal depending on a deformation of the diaphragm, and a substratethat responds to the electric signal to generate an output signal that is outputted through a terminal. A chip capacitoris connected between the terminaland the substrateand includes a first electrode, which admits a noise passing through the terminalto be inputted to the substrate, and a second electrodeelectrically connected to the housing, thereby enhancing improved resistance to noise.
