Abstract

A connection joint () is described that is formed by inserting a plastic connector () into the end of a silicone tube (). The connector includes a plurality of barbs (). A reinforcing agent () is placed between each of the barbs () of the connector (). An adhesive () is injected between the tube (), the reinforcing agents () and the connector (). The adhesive () is then cured at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time in order to solidify the connection joint ().
