Abstract
When a sheet cassette having a roll of paper is attached to a body of a printer, a leading edge of a sheet is always brought to position at a certain position. When the sheet cassette is not attached to the printer body, a stopper, provided near an end of a lever, protrudes to the outside from an opening, so that the leading edge of the sheet, which has passed between a pair of correcting rollers, abuts against the stopper. When the sheet cassette is attached to the printer body, the lever rotates in a clockwise direction, so that the stopper retracts in the opening.
