Abstract

Constitution of a suburethral sling connected to two balloons located on each side of the urethra. The device preferably consists of two subassemblies (and) each comprising an inflatable balloon () and a strip () one end of which is attached to the surface of the balloon. The two strips () are connected together to form a suburethral sling.
