Abstract
A connector plug intended for a multi-conductor cable () with a set o power conductors () and set of signal conductors () and comprising a casing () with a rear cable receiving opening (), a number of contact elements () connected to the power and signal conductors () and arranged to engage contact elements on a connectable matching connector plug or jack, and a transition chamber () located between the rear cable receiving opening () and the contact elements () and arranged to be penetrated by the power and signal conductors (), wherein a coiling core element () is mounted in the transition chamber () to form separate routing paths () for the power conductors () and the signal conductors () such that added lengths and slacks are provided in the conductors () for absorbing length changes therein due to bending of the cable ().
