Abstract
A nozzle plate () having a nozzle opening () formed thereon, a passage forming substrate () having a pressure chamber (), an ink supply port () and a common ink chamber () formed sequentially to communicate with the nozzle opening (), and a vibrating plate () for being deformed to pressurize the pressure chamber () are provided and laminated to constitute a passage unit (). The passage forming substrate () is fabricated by an insert molding using a reinforcing plate () as a core and a portion to be an ink passage is partitioned and formed by a resin ().
