Abstract
The light emitted from a focal position-detecting light sourceand reflected from a reflectoris projected onto a screenand a projected image on the screenis detected by a focal position-detecting cameraBased on this projected image, the focal position-detecting light sourceis moved by a position adjusting systemso as to place the focal position-detecting light sourceat a focal position of the reflectorand the position of the focal position-detecting light sourceat this time is detected as the focal position of the reflectorWhen the focal position of the reflectoris detected, the projected image on the screendetected by the focal position-detecting camerais used, and, therefore, the conventional measurement by a three dimensional measuring instrument is made unnecessary, thereby improving the working efficiency.
