A synthetic resin composition includes at least one synthetic resin and RBC or CRBC particles dispersed in the resin. A method for preparing a synthetic resin composition includes mixing RBC or CRBC particles with a synthetic resin at a temperature near the melting temperature of the synthetic resin.
