A transmission gearbox () has a casing () that tilts around a tilting axis (B—B) via two bearings (). Each of the bearings includes: a fixed part () having a sleeve (); and a trunnion () which belongs to a pivoting part () and which pivots around the sleeve, the pivoting part being solidly connected to the casing (). A shouldered wear ring () is disposed between the sleeve () and the trunnion () of each bearing ().
