Abstract
A lead portionis made of a rod-like metal conductor and has a step portionat its end portion. A first side plateand a second side plateare formed by using thinned portions of the end portion of the lead portion. The first and second side platesandface each other with a distance. One end of the first side plateand one end of the second side plateare continued to each other while the other end of the first side plateand the other end of the second side plateform open end edgesandrespectively.
