Abstract
A generator unit for tractors () has a housing (), which can be non-rotationally mounted on a component of the tractor (). An input shaft is rotationally supported in the housing () and connectable to a power take-off shaft () of the tractor (). An electrical generator () is coupled with the housing. The electrical generator () has a stator and a rotor, which is drive-wise connected to the input shaft and is driven by the same. The electrical generator () serves to driver electrical loads of the tractoror of an agricultural device.
