The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing, as active ingredient, a compound of formula: in which Rrepresents a radical —NHCORor —N(R)—Y—R, Y is CO or SO, Rrepresents a radical -alk-SO—R, -alk-SO—CH═CH—Ror Het substituted with —SO—Ror a phenyl radical substituted with —SO—Ror -alk-SO—R, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical, Rrepresents a phenylalkyl, Het or Ar radical, to the novel derivatives of formula (I) and to their preparation, as well s to their use in treating various disorders of the nervous system.
