Disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing: extracts ofandin the weight ratio of 1.5–3.5:1–2:0.1–0.4 respectively;extract, and optionally arginine or a physiologically equivalent esters salts or precursor thereof. The compositions according to the invention are useful in the treatment of male and female sexual dysfunctions.
