A cosmetic composition for treating human keratin fibers, such as hair, comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium: (i) at least one reducing agent, and (ii) at least one particular aminosilicone. The compositions can be used for bleaching and permanently reshaping human keratin fibers. Processes and devices for bleaching or permanently reshaping human keratin fibers using the composition.
