A invention concerns a novel method for preparing a polypeptide soluble in an aqueous solvent in the absence of detergent, and polypeptides obtainable by said method. The invention also concerns the use of said polypeptides, in particular for preparing medicines or vaccines, for fighting against bacterial and viral infections or cancers.
