A device, for administering multiple single doses of a medicated cream, includes a cartridgehaving a barrelfor containing the cream, a plungerfor moving the cream from within the cartridge, and a stemfor moving the plunger within the cartridge. A carrieris formed with a cartridge-receiving nestfor receiving the barrel. A plurality of spaced, transaxial groovesandare formed in the carrierfor receiving a flangeof the cartridgeduring the dispensing of multiple, successive, single doses of the cream. The carrieris formed with a pair of resilient earsandand a passagefor removably retaining the stemwith the carrier while allowing axial movement of the stem.
