Abstract
A gain amplifier with quadrature phase compensation circuit is disclosed. The gain amplifier for in-phase ('I') and quadrature ('Q') signals comprises a first resistive component having a first input node (“Node”) and a first output node (“Node”), with the Nodecoupled to the I+ differential signal, a second resistive component having a second input node (“Node”) and a second output node (“Node”), with the Nodecoupled to the Q+ signal, a third resistive component having a third input node (“Node”) and a third output node (“Node”), with the Nodecoupled to the I− signal, a fourth resistive component having a fourth input node (“Node”) and a fourth output node (“Node”), with the Nodecoupled to said Q− differential signal, a first reactive component connecting between the Nodeand the Node, a second reactive component connecting between the Nodeand the Node, a third reactive component connecting between the Nodeand the Node, a fourth reactive component connecting between the Nodeand the Node. Then phase-shifted I+ is generated at the Node, a phase-shifted Q+ is generated at the Node, a phase-shifted I− is generated at the Nodeand a phase-shifted Q− is generated at the Node
