Abstract
Packets () of cigarettes are packed in multiples adopting a rigid carton () of parallelepiped shape presenting two end faces () coinciding with the flanks (), and four side faces () of which two coincide with the bottom () and the top (). One of the side faces () constituting the front () incorporates a removable portion () serving to mask on openable cover () that can be rotated about a hinge () between a position in which the carton () is closed, and an open position exposing the inside of the wrapper, the cover () is provided with a pair of guiding and stabilizing members () attached permanently to two opposite edges (), each occupying a plane disposed transversely to the hinge (), which are interposed and slidable between the flanks () and the surfaces of the packets () inside, whilst the free edge () is strengthened by a reinforcing fold () and fashioned with a cutaway portion () by means of which the cover () can be gripped and pulled open.
