Abstract
A data communication device, etc. that enable a reply e-mail to an e-mail sent via broadcast transmission to be sent to an e-mail address designated as 'BCC' for the broadcast transmission while maintaining the confidentiality of the e-mail address designated as 'BCC', by storing in a storage device multiple e-mail addresses to which an e-mail was sent via broadcast transmission, receiving a reply e-mail to the e-mail sent via broadcast transmission from one of the multiple e-mail addresses, and sending copies of the received reply e-mail to an e-mail address designated as ‘BCC’ based on the e-mail addresses stored in the storage device when the e-mail address designated as ‘BCC’ is included in the multiple e-mail addresses to which the e-mail had been sent via broadcast transmission.
